My Approach
I am dedicated to creating a safe, non- judgemental and empathetic therapeutic environment. I believe in working collaboratively with each client to achieve best outcome. While I have a humanistic systemic framework, I work from an integrative therapeutic approach using various modalities including: Person centred therapy (PCT), Systems therapy (ST), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). However, the adoption of each modality is dependent on what’s best for each client.

Irrespective of who you are or what you might be going through every individual is geared for growth and counselling provides a safe space to explore, experiment, train and learn more about yourself and how you relate to others. Counselling helps many normal and well-adjusted people to access their potential and to grow through the challenges of life.
It is normal to sometimes get overwhelmed and consequently feel stuck with life. We believe in empowering clients to ultimately be independent of therapeutic intervention instead of creating dependency on the therapist.
